Introducing Bruce and Eliot
Part of my Microsoft project that informed Surface was done in collaboration with Pioneer Studios, an advanced concept studio for the company. The core concept of Pioneer Studios was ‘BXT’, Business / eXperience / Technology. The approach was highly successful then and is equally valid today - the convergence of these three functions drives innovation.
Today, we’re thrilled to announce that Glissade Design is now a BXT organization. Two extraordinary experts joined us: Bruce Hawver (Business) and Eliot Levitt (Technology).
Bruce Hawver, Business Advisor
Founder & Partner, Conduco Group
Bruce is providing Business expertise through his company Conduco Group. Bruce brings an extraordinary track record and breadth of capabilities to his Business Advisor role. He’s an experienced Board Member, CEO, Advisor, Consultant, and Investor with a demonstrated history of growing global businesses in mobile, Esports, and consumer products. His experiences range from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups in both mature and emerging industries. Bruce was a core partner for David Townsend as they accelerated Motorola’s Bluetooth business through a series of strategic product development partnerships.
Eliot Levitt, Chief Technology Officer
Expert in ML/AI, Data Science, Software Architecture & Development
Eliot provides Technology expertise in Machine Learning / AI, Predictive Analytics, Software Architecture, and Full Stack Development with internal teams & offshore agencies. I’ve witnessed firsthand his organizational skills in leading teams through the collaboration challenges that arise in these programs while he was VP of Engineering at McKesson. Eliot’s career highlights include managing large-scale engineering teams and pioneering complex software systems, emphasizing product development, engineering rigor, and customer success. His background as a dual major in Math & Writing at M.I.T. suggests he was destined to work with an organization such as Glissade Design.
