David Townsend
David Townsend is a Glissade Design Co-Founder. Formerly VP of Global Design at Anaplan including user-experience and product design, with responsibility for defining and delivering consistent, high-quality experiences to Anaplan customers and partners.
Prior to Anaplan, David led IBM’s Design for Data and AI. At IBM, he launched and developed four world class design studios across the US, Asia and Europe to design the future of IBM products & human interaction. In his early career, David led design for major companies in the telecom and automotive industries, including General Motors, Samsung, and Motorola.

David Schultz
David Schultz is a Glissade Design Co-Founder. David has a track record of incubating, designing, and delivering new experiences that align business goals with user needs. As VP of UX Design he founded the new design studio for Ontada (a McKesson business), as well as IBM’s San Francisco studio and his own design agency. He led Design Strategy for Samsung’s San Francisco studio.
David’s approach to team building, innovation, and design excellence has helped drive business results, such as the foundation of the Surface business within Microsoft, the mobile EHR for Ontada, and IBM’s DSX (now known as Watson Studio).

Bruce Hawver
Bruce Hawver provides business strategy for Glissade Design through his business Conduco Group. He’s an experienced Board Member, CEO, Advisor, Consultant, and Investor with a demonstrated history of growing global businesses in mobile, Esports, and consumer products. Experiences range from Fortune 100 to start-ups in both mature and emerging industries.
Bruce provides deep experience and a track record of rapidly growing market share, sales, and profits organically and via partnerships and acquisitions. Bruce demonstrates understanding and experience in global markets with a broad network of former employees and business partners. He’s a proven leader and team builder with a track record of developing bench strength and future leaders. He can provide direct involvement in all facets of a company including strategy, business development, product/solutions, marketing, sales, finances and HR.

Eliot Levitt
Eliot Levitt, Glissade Design’s Chief Technology Officer, brings a wealth of expertise in software engineering and strategic tech leadership. His work has spanned healthcare, advertising, and educational administration, with his most recent tenure as VP of Clinical Decision Support at Ontada (a McKesson company), where he championed innovative tech solutions for healthcare providers.
Eliot’s career highlights include managing large-scale engineering teams and pioneering complex software systems, emphasizing product development, engineering rigor, and customer success. He has a broad range of direct technical experience—from software architecture and development to data science and machine learning / artificial intelligence —underpinned by a strong commitment to a positive organizational culture, systems interoperability, business ethics and regulatory compliance.
Eliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Humanities and Science from MIT, with specialization in Mathematics and Writing.
